Ana Pagu

Ana is a third year Earth Sciences DPhil student at Linacre College, having done her undergraduate degree at St. Edmund Hall. Ana started her theatre career through acting since her first year and discovered her passion for backstage roles shortly after. Her work so far has focused on musicals, both new writing and old, especially dance-heavy musicals, and she is co-founder of Jazz Hands Productions.

"I love seeing all the different performing arts come together on stage to tell stories, create emotions and share experiences. Having had ~4 projects cancelled due to Covid, I've also started thinking about bringing different media such as film and radio into theatre, and I am very passionate about creating art which responds creatively to the world today."
